Love love! Super easy to order flowers. Sent a reference of past flowers. These flowers are probably best iterations that I got so far. I produce podcasts and they turned out amazing. Delivery was on time and brought them up the suite. I would personally recommend them all the time if you are in New York. Absolutely lovely. The lady I worked sent a follow up email as well to ask how everything went. Service was excellent and the flower absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

My daughter was celebrating a birthday and I wanted to send something to her at work. I don’t live in the area but Scotts Flowers had good reviews. I loved all the choices of gifts and decided on flowers and tea. They arrived on the day I specified and on time. She sent me a picture and the flowers were exactly as pictured on the website. She also said the tea was delicious! I would highly recommend this company for any special occasion!

Scott’s Flowers truly went above and beyond for me. I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when sending flowers to a friend in NYC, and their customer service team was incredibly responsive and kind in helping fix the situation. They didn’t just point out the issue — they actually took the time to help resolve it and made sure the flowers and gifts still arrived to my friend. That level of care really stood out to me. Their floral arrangements are also absolutely beautiful. The design was elegant, fresh, and thoughtfully put together — even better than what I expected from the photos online. You can tell they really take pride in their work and in creating something special for the person receiving it. The whole experience felt seamless from ordering to delivery, and the customer service alone makes them a company I would happily order from again. It’s rare to find a business that combines beautiful products with people who genuinely care about helping customers — Scott’s Flowers does both. Highly recommend if you’re sending flowers in NYC.

Scott’s Flowers has the best customer service. There was an issue with my delivery and I immediately received a phone call where I was politely given many options on how to proceed. They solved the issue and I also received a follow up call where they confirmed they were reattempting delivery with a fresh arrangement later the same day. The arrangement was also beautiful. I highly recommend them!

I’ve ordered floral arrangements from Scott’s Flowers multiple times, and they truly never disappoint. Every arrangement has been absolutely stunning, thoughtfully designed, and made with the freshest, most beautiful flowers. Their selection is always impressive, especially their seasonal flowers, which makes each arrangement feel unique and perfectly curated for the time of year. What really sets Scott’s Flowers apart is that what you see is exactly what you get. So many other places show a beautiful image, but when the flowers arrive, the arrangement looks nothing like the photo. With Scott’s Flowers, the arrangement looks just as gorgeous in person as it does online if not better. Consistently elegant, fresh, and reliable. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Professional! Tasteful! Excellent Communicators! I was impressed by the level of communication, competence, and professionalism shown by Scott’s Flowers. I called a couple weeks ahead of time for an event that my wife was going to be part of in Manhattan. Even though we were flying in from Houston, Texas. They were able to work well with me and were able to add a bouquet diaper, which made it easy for my wife to take the flowers home from New York City to Houston. I strongly recommend anyone who is serious about getting flowers to work with Scott’s flowers!

Gorgeous stunning flowers!!!! I wabted to send my daughter a small flower arrangement for her birthday, but didn’t want anything too big or expensive bc she was going out of town for week a couple of days later. The Nolita Petite was PERFECTION!!! I added the champagne gummy bears as a fun little addition… love that it was an option!! I always prefer to order flowers direct from a florist, rather than getting standard issue arrangements from one of the big national online brands. I asked my favorite influencer, Preston Konrad, for a recommendation for a florist that delivers to Chelsea and he recommended Scotts. I was OVER THE MOON with the gorgeous selection, prices and ability to get them delivered the next day. Now I’m just going to need more excuses and occasions to send her flowers bc there were sooo many other amazing options to choose from!! 10/10 love and recommend!!
